Data Sharing Authorization

By submitting my registration, I provide my affirmative, express consent for Commuter Connections and its services and programs (including, as applicable, ridematching, the Guaranteed Ride Home program, and commuter incentive programs), to disclose Challenge-related information to AEM Corporation, as administrator of the I-66 Slugging Challenge, and its authorized contractors, agents, and public-sector project partners supporting administration of the Challenge (collectively, the "Challenge Parties"), to the extent lawfully available and necessary for the purposes described below.

Data covered by this authorization

The information I authorize to be shared may include:

- Account identifiers (such as email used to match records across systems);

- Trip-related information (such as trip timing, slug line or employer location access, and trip activity);

- Information related to participation in Commuter Connections programs, including eligibility or enrollment status (such as participation in the Guaranteed Ride Home program), where relevant to the Challenge; and

- Other Challenge-related commute or account data that Commuter Connections is legally permitted to disclose.

Purposes of use

I understand and agree that the Challenge Parties may use the shared data for the following purposes:

(a) to verify my eligibility for the I-66 Slugging Challenge and associated weekly, grand prize, or other prize drawings or incentives;

(b) to administer the Challenge, including validating entries, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and maintaining program integrity;

(d) to assess, measure, and report on the effectiveness of outreach, communications, incentives, and other Challenge-related activities; and

(e) to prepare internal, partner, sponsor, and public reports, provided that any public reporting will be in aggregate or de-identified form unless additional consent is obtained or disclosure is otherwise required by law.

(f) to announce, recognize, and promote Challenge prize winners, including the publication of a winner's first name, morning slug line location, photograph, and likeness, as described in the Official Rules and subject to any permissions required therein.

Marketing consent is not included

This authorization does not permit use of personal data for unrelated marketing or promotional communications. Communications related to the administration of the I-66 Slugging Challenge (such as updates, notifications, and post-Challenge feedback requests) are not considered marketing.

Acknowledgment of other terms

I understand that my use of Commuter Connections services remains subject to applicable Commuter Connections privacy policies, terms of use, and program requirements, and that my participation in the I-66 Slugging Challenge is also subject to the Challenge Privacy Notice and Official Rules.

Voluntary authorization; effect of refusal

I understand that this authorization is voluntary; however, if I do not provide this authorization, the Challenge Parties may be unable to match my participation across systems or verify my eligibility for prize drawings or other benefits that depend on shared data.

Withdrawal of consent

I may withdraw this authorization prospectively by contacting contact@slugi66.com and following any identity-verification steps reasonably required. I understand that withdrawal will not affect uses or disclosures already made in reliance on this authorization before it is processed, and that withdrawal may end my future eligibility for prize drawings or Challenge benefits that depend on verified data.

Retention and protection

The Challenge Parties will retain shared data only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Challenge, verify results, evaluate program outcomes, satisfy audit, reporting, legal, or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce applicable rules and policies, after which the data will be deleted, de-identified, or aggregated in accordance with applicable law and recordkeeping requirements.

Representation

I represent that the information I provide in connection with the Challenge is accurate and that I am authorized to provide consent for my own information.
